By the very nature of the spiritual battle that rages all around us, heresies and false teaching is a weapon of the enemy that we ought always to expect and prepare to combat. In order for lost souls to be saved the must hear and respond to the gospel, but there have been countless voices through the ages who pervert the gospel and shipwreck the faith of many.

It has always been necessary for true disciples to carefully and skillfully present the unaltered, unadulterated gospel of Jesus Christ in a world full of counterfeit gospels that appeal to the flesh but are powerless to save. The book of Jude calls every believer to take a stand and contend for the authentic gospel that we might see the salvations of all who hear it.
