Standing Strong: There's never been a better time!

Following Jesus is no casual walk in the park - Jesus was very clear that it would not be. The call to discipleship is a call into a conflict that has its origin in the spiritual world all around us that intersects every part of our lives. Never, in our lifetime, has there been a more urgent need for believers to take seriously the call to stand strong and take up the full armor of God. Our culture has moved further and further from the truth and is less and less tolerant of those who adhere to it. Anyone who would persist in a life of following Jesus must find their spiritual strength in the might and power of God and in HIS own spiritual armor that He has provided for us. When we learn to stand strong, we discover that all the efforts, weapons, and wiles of the Devil come to nothing.
