One of the toughest aspects of life is due to the fact that we cannot see beyond the threshold of this very moment. When it comes to our future we have hopes and dreams, we have plans and designs, but at the end of the day we have no idea what will happen in the next moment, tomorrow, or how our story will turn out in the end. We make our plans, hoping for the best and asking God to bless and then move forward hoping that things will all work out and that somehow we will reach out goals and achieve our purposes. When things are going our way we feel God’s blessing, and when things are not we feel God’s anger…or neglect…or apathy.
    But…is that really what our life is about? What if it turns out that your life was really never about you in the first place?
    The Book of Esther is a unique and special story about God’s purpose and providence worked out in the lives of a few ancient Jews exiled in Babylon who though no design of their own are used by God to save a nation and destroy the works of Satan. Join us for this message series as we discover how to overcome the poverty of self-centered living and live out our faith in God and His purpose in our lives.
