Find freedom from codependency!

Do you find yourself saying "yes" to things - even when you don't want to? Or, do you find yourself trying to stay busy with tasks in an effort to feel useful and needed? Maybe you value the feelings and opinions of others more than your own.  As Christians, we often forget that admitting we have flaws is okay. Many of us struggle with things we are ashamed to talk about. Codependency is one of these things. While it takes many forms, at its core, codependency is: when a person's need for approval and validation from someone else allows them to be controlled or manipulated; usually requiring them to compromise their own values, choices, or behavior. 

You can equip yourself with the tools needed to overcome codependency and other flaws you think you need to hide.
We will begin a women's 12-step study on 5/2/2023 at 6 pm here at the Delta Christian Church.
